data-rho launched a new interactive and user-friendly e-Voting application that can be integrated with OASIS or operated standalone.
The application was designed and associated to high-tech customized standing touch machines; each machine afar from the other and having its own protective screen for privacy and security and the ability to vote freely.
The designed application aims to:
- Organize the electoral process
- Facilitate the electoral votes counting
- Protect the democratic operation.
Therefore, data-rho team members were knee to:
- Design the program in a way that does not even allow the programmer to bypass the election secrecy
- Connect the e-Voting stations to a wired network to avoid any possible interference
- Inhibit the issuance of results before closing of the ballot boxes
- Issue detailed reports at the end of the election to ensure the transparency of the operation.
Furthermore, three dashboards are designed to assure the transparency and track the electoral operation:
- Live Voters attendance on each electoral station
- Live participation ratio
- Election Results by positions and Candidates
Elections can now be done in few hours and the results will be available few minutes after closing the ballot boxes.
