data-rho is looking for a Product Manager with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a Logistics background.
What you will be doing?
As a Product Manager, you are the key entry point for all communication between customers and data-rho. You will:
- Thoroughly understand the product and its features
- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and final product
- Define and measure key product metrics to monitor product success and drive ongoing improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to validate product features and make informed decisions
- Conduct user testing and assist customers with their queries about the product
- Act as a champion for the product internally and externally, representing the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs
- Work closely with Development teams to derive improvements to the product
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply chain, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge in Software Development is a plus
- Experience in working with CRMs and ERPs
- Excellent communication skills
